PilotTraining.ca Human Factors Training is desgined to satisfy the Canadian Air Regulations (CARs). The course will take 4-5 hours of time to complete, including the quizzes and examination. It provides candidates with an understanding and awareness of the human factors that can lead to accidents and incidents. This course is designed for all persons employed within the aviation industry.

Course includes

•Understanding Human Factors and Safety Management.
•Understanding Errors and Threats
•Recognizing and managing human factors that may lead to errors using the concept of the “Dirty Dozen”.
•Understanding and addressing communication difficulties in the workplace.

On the completion candidates will receive a certificate of completion and have a understanding of the relationship between human factors and safety management.
